There are many ways to get involved with Great Stride:

Participate on the Day – Register now to walk or run in the 4km or 8km event

Raising Money – Fundraising is easy and a great way to involve your friends and family in the event. Every dollar you raise will go directly towards assisting people with CF. Start your own Everyday Hero page where you can talk about why you are choosing to Stride for CF , and people can make donations through the page.

Support others – If joining in the walk or run isn’t your idea of fun then make sure you come along with friends and family on the day to support and encourage others who are participating. There will be food, entertainment and more to enjoy alongside the Tan track at Tom’s Block.

You can also donate to the teams and individuals who are participating in Great Strides.

Promoting your run or walk – If you would like us to send you some CF posters or general information brochures to help you raise awareness of the genetic disease please email events@cfcc.org.au.

Why not contact your local newspaper or radio station to help spread the word about the event and your story. Alternatively if you would like us to include your story in our press releases please contact communications@cfcc.org.au

Volunteer – You don’t have to be a runner or walker to participate in Great Strides. You can join the Great Strides 2016 team as a volunteer. Volunteer duties include race marshalling, assisting with registration, selling merchandise and much more. No special skills, experience or training is required, just your enthusiasm and willingness to help. Register as a volunteer now, follow this link and fill out your details: https://goo.gl/forms/yBuUPGrEnueEITDq2
